Who Are the Really Great Moral Thinkers?

Aristotle didn't rise above the grossest moral superstitions of his age and endorsed slavery. Aquinas didn't rise above the grossest moral superstitions of his age and condemned "usury". Kant didn't rise above the grossest moral superstitions of his age and endorsed "enlightened absolutism". On the other hand, individualist anarchists, ranging from Spooner to Rothbard, did rise above the grossest moral superstitions of their age and rejected statism in all its forms, together with the insane notion that anti-statism must go hand in hand with opposition to private property, and for this alone they deserve to be ranked among the greatest moral thinkers of all history.
